Vendors can submit to be a part of Fashion Meets Music Festival, returning to the Arena District in Columbus, OH on September 5 & 6, 2015.

Experience:
If you are a food vendor we are asking you to create a tasteful experience representing your brand within FMMF and feature exclusive menu items that appeal to our consumer and represents your brand identity. Preferably, to create your own signature item for the festival. If you are a merch vendor we are asking you to present your products in the upscale professional theme that we want to present as the only fashion and music specific festival in the country. FMMF will assist you in every manner possible to be successful. Your success is our success.
General Product Guidelines:
Food items should allow for easy preparation to accommodate large crowds. Festival audiences demand great food at reasonable prices. We want Columbus to shine bright with our food experience. To create this experience, the festival needs to designate food categories so vendors may only sell what has been approved by the festival.
As a fashion forward festival we want to give the consumer products that reflect the coolness factor not found at every music festival. Festivals are about experience, we want your products to compliment the experience.
FMMF is an eco-friendly festival and vendors must adhere to the regulations contained in the FMMF Vendor Contract to be sent upon acceptance.

Food Vendors:
Food Booth (10' x 10'): $750
Food Booth (10’ x 20’): $1,500
Food Booth (20’ x 20’): $2,500
Food Booth (20’ x 40’): $3,250
Food Trucks $750
Merchants:
Merch Booth (10’ x 10’): $750
Merch Booth (10' x 20'): $1,250
Advocacy/Business:
Promotion (10’ x 10’): $500
Booth fee includes tents (no side walls), exterior signage, lighting, one (1) 110v 20amp circuit (additional power and enhanced lighting is an additional fee) and garbage receptacles. As stated earlier, the festival will assign booth locations. Merchandise vendor tent shall include, in addition to above, one (1) eight foot table and two (2) folding chairs.
